How this demo works
Everything here is real and working — an AI front office built around Your Company. This page walks you through it in about five minutes, no guide needed. Keep this tab open and explore in another window.
Talk to the AI receptionist
Every missed call is a job that went to whoever answered. This receptionist answers every visitor instantly, 24/7 — it knows the services, hours, and prices, and its whole goal is getting a name and phone number.
Try typing
My AC quit and it's supposed to be 95 this weekend — can someone come out?
What do you charge for a furnace tune-up?
I smell gas in my basement
Give it a made-up name, phone number, and address when it asks — the techs need to know where the job is. Try the gas one — watch it put safety before the sale. Replies are spoken aloud too (mute with the speaker icon). And the site around the chat is part of the package: live open-now status, a real service-area map, your hours and reviews — the complete website every Front Desk client gets.
Open the website →Watch the lead land
Seconds after the chat captures a name and number, it's on the owner's board — flagged emergency, urgent, or routine, with the job details already written up. No voicemail, no sticky notes.
Best experienced side by side: website in one window, dashboard in another. Mark a lead handled when you've 'called them back.'
Open the owner dashboard →Control what the AI can book
The AI only offers times someone on your crew is actually free — and the schedule is yours to shape. "Edit hours" sets your working days, the appointment blocks you run each day, and your team: add your techs, and give any of them their own days and times (Saturdays-only helper, a lead tech who starts at 7). Each tech can take one job per block, so two free techs means two 9 AMs. Filter the calendar by tech, block a morning one of them is on an install, or a whole vacation week in month view — the receptionist reroutes customers without being told.
Try it: hit Edit hours, add a tech, then book two appointments for the same time in the chat — both land, each assigned to a different tech, and the customer is told who's coming. Block a few slots and ask for exactly that time; it offers the alternatives instead. Booked visits stay on the calendar even if you change hours or your team afterward.
Open the schedule →Text Dispatch like a tech
Techs hate paperwork, so there isn't any. They text the office like they'd text a coworker — hours get logged and the invoice drafts itself. In a real deployment they text from their own phones; nothing to install.

headed to the Willis job
done at the Willis place — swapped the run capacitor and added a hard start kit, took 9 to 11:30
Use the name of whoever you booked in step 1. Watch it compute the hours from '9 to 11:30' and price the parts on its own.
Open the tech app →Approve, send, get paid
The draft the tech's text created is waiting for the owner: labor at the configured rate, parts itemized, AI-estimated prices marked so you know what to double-check. Approve it, see the exact text the customer would receive, open the invoice they'd see, mark it paid.
The customer's invoice page is print-ready with the company branding. In a live deployment the 'pay online' button is a real Stripe link and the books sync to QuickBooks.
See the invoice draft →Generate the morning brief
An office manager that reads everything — jobs, leads, hours, unpaid invoices — and tells the owner what actually needs attention, in plain English. It even catches inconsistencies, like an invoice for a job that's still on the schedule.
Do this last, after you've played with everything — the more that's happened, the smarter it reads.
Generate the brief →Packages & pricing
Start with the front desk you just tried, or hand off the phones and the back office too. Every package is month-to-month.

Demo notes
- This is BFImpact's public sandbox — no PIN, open to anyone curious. A real prospect demo is private, built around your business, and shared by PIN'd link.
- On the live version of this site, customers never see any of the owner tools: the dashboard, tech app, and this guide move behind the owner's private login, and the public site is just your website and receptionist.
- This is a sandbox — leads, bookings, and invoices you create here are demo data and reset periodically. Play freely.
- Prices, hours, and services shown are working placeholders; the real version runs on your actual numbers.
- In a live deployment, the receptionist also answers your actual phone line with a natural voice, techs text a real number from their own phones, invoices carry a real payment link, and the books sync to QuickBooks.
This was configured for Your Company from a single settings file.
Your services, your prices, your schedule, your branding — wired to your real phone line and your real books. BFImpact can have it live for your business in days, not months — and it costs less than one missed job a month.
